Why does the solver report my level as unsolvable?
Make sure each color appears in exact multiples of the tube capacity (e.g. 4 slots for 4-capacity tubes) and that you entered colors from bottom to top. Flipping a single layer order can turn a valid puzzle unsolvable.
How can I suggest a new puzzle variant (e.g. Hexagon or Sorting Tubes)?
